  Bad now. Heidi, office staff person in charge of referrals, authorizations, medication refills, lab orders and other orders supposed to be sent to facilities were not done. I had to call Scan to get them to call Heidi to get her to do these issues, as she was not doing them. Heidi got angry with me, due to this and retaliated to me by telling me I was no longer a patient there, and said Regal, Scan and myself would receive a letter "firing" me. The doctor's, when I spoke to them, said they had no problem with me, but was tired of the staff always arguing and Heidi was so nasty to me, and would hang up on me if I tried to make an appointment. Today I tried to make an appointment at Cohen's, Heidi answered, I tole her I wanted an appointment, she said I was no longer a patient and hung up on me. I had put in a grievance with Scan about her and she is retaliating against me. Heidi also retaliated against me when I would have Scan call her about the referrals, and named above issues and she said Regal, Scan and myself would get a letter I was no longer a patient. I spoke to the doctors and they are fine with me, it is Heidi. No one has received such letter of termination for me, Regal Medical Group, Scan Insurance or myself, and I spoke to a Scan advocate today, and Regal, and the grievance administrator and no such letter has been received by anyone. So the Scan advocate grievance lady, Carmen and my Scan advocate are trying to fix this, due to Heidi. They said no one has received such a termination letter for me and it is only Heid, Cohen's staff person that is not letting me see my doctor. Scan has never seen anything like this and doing their best to resolve this so I can get medical care. So, I used to rate Cohen's office 5 stars but now, I am so sick and upset I will rate it -star! So, Dr. Cohen is OK with me, Dwayne Lehman, PA is OK with me, it is Heidi and no one can get past Heidi to speak to the docs. It is so unprofessional, and I have spoken to three people at Rite Aid who have experienced the same problem. I am 67 years old, and cannot take much more,, and want to stay with these doctors.
